My journey began 27 years ago in 1999 at Prudential, where I frequently found myself defending a single provider's products against more competitive market alternatives. This constant friction sparked a fundamental question: should I represent the insurer's interests or the client's?
In 2002, following the introduction of the Financial Advisers Act (FAA), I saw the path forward. I migrated to an independently owned platform to fully align my practice with the best interests of my clients, marking the true beginning of the Kairos story in 2004.
